Dr. Tiffany Victor is a seasoned healthcare executive and leadership strategist who has spent over 18 years operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and human performance inside some of the nation's most complex health systems — including Atrium Health, Stanford Health Care, University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System, and UChicago Medicine.

Her expertise is the gray space: that difficult terrain between vision and execution where most organizations lose momentum. Through executive coaching, strategic advisory, and powerful keynote experiences, she equips leaders to move with clarity and confidence — even when the path is unclear.

She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Illinois-Chicago and brings a rare dual lens — enterprise systems thinking paired with deeply human-centered leadership — to every engagement.
